Great little heater for the money
Pros:
1) This heater is effective and quiet. I'm surprised at how quiet it is, given that is has a propeller fan (not a centrifugal fan), but it is sometimes hard to tell that it is "on", it is so quiet.
2) The design is excellent. Very stable (even though it looks tippy). High quality plastic casing. Nice molded handle at the upper rear that makes it easy to pick it up and move it.
Cons:
1) The controls are hard to read; I had to actually read the instruction manual to see where the markings on the controls are located. The markings are embossed into the white plastic without contrasting color.
2) It lacks an on/off switch (I unplug it to turn it off).
I almost gave it 5 stars because of its very high cost/benefit ratio. It is not perfect, but is a great value for the relatively low price.
space heater works great! 
this is a great little heater. Very small; saving me much money on my power bill and keeping me warm
Doesn't stay on 
Bought this 'cause of all the good reviews. After owning it, I've returned to look at all the bad reviews and have to agree. The heater shuts off after only a few minutes on time. I have to turn both knobs to their lowest settings and back up again to get it to turn back on. All the while the red "On" lite remains on. Can't recomend this for anyone trying to add heat to a cold room.
review for heater 
It heats very well for a small room, and I guess it is not designed for a hall or a large room. The thermostat is not working great; which it results to more period of being on and more power consumption.
tiny and hot
I bought one about a year ago without reading the dimensions and simply basing it on the price. Once i received the product i laughed and told myself "well at least i only paid $15 for it", wow was i wrong! this thing heats up a 10x10 room within 30min. Bought a second one 3 weeks after for another room and both are still working with no issues. If you need to heat up a large open room or expect this to replace central heat, keep looking. I read a few reviews complaining about the unit turning off on its own, its a feature when the fan setting is set anywhere between 1-5 where it senses the room temp and shuts off and back on when needed. To have it on non-stop just move it to fan setting 6.
